“I started Boot Camp in August of 2007. I was turning 30 in a month and exercise and eating right was always something I was going to get to when there was time. Well after opening a business and getting it going, time never came and it was looking as if it would never come. Until I heard about Scottsdale Adventure Boot Camp: it was outdoors (I love that), early enough to go to before my days started and different everyday. I was sold and I always wanted to look my best at 30, I only had one month but it was better now than never. I love the outdoors; I am inside everyday (all-day!) so this became my time for me and for fresh air. I also have never been good about going to the gym because it’s always the same. I need change so not knowing what we are going to do everyday is the only thing that has worked for me. What is Boot Camp

What is the Scottsdale Adventure Boot Camp for Women?
A four-week outdoor program of fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training. You will be inspired and have fun while participating in a fantastic workout led by Certified Adventure Fitness Trainer, Mark Norton. Each day, camp will be one hour in length starting at 5:30 AM, 9:00 AM, or 6:00 PM.

What if I’m not very physically fit?
NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! Women of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. Each day will slightly increase in intensity. You will inspire and be inspired by others.

How often will we meet?
Participants will meet every Monday through Friday for one hour during the four-week program. All participants will be expected to arrive on time. Camp starts at 5:30 AM, 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM (Monday-Thursday).
